Isabel is the Outreach Committee Vice Chair, and has been a part of CAS for two years. With over 100 accumulated hours of outreach, her passion lies in teaching the public about CAS and astronomy. Her drive for every event is to make astronomy accessible for everyone.

She frequents the Fernald Nature Preserve to aid in outreach there. One of her most notable achievements is setting up a collaboration with Blue Skies: Warrior Weekend to bring outreach to Purple Heart recipients and Gold Star families. 2026 will mark the third year for this event.

When not at CAS, Isabel spends her time fueling her other passion: horses and writing. She graduated from Butler Tech with a certificate in Equine Science in

2020, and published her first book the same year; a young adult novel called Ember’s Dragons.
