ALCON 2026 Vendor Information

Vendor Table Info

ALCON is offering tables for the duration of the conference. The fee includes one 6 ft table, two chairs, and one power strip for the duration of the conference.

Cost: $350 per table

Security

The Kentucky Room will be locked during non-exhibit hours. Vendors and exhibitors with tables located in the hallways may store their items in the Kentucky Room during non-exhibit hours.

Communications

Wi-fi is available throughout the Marriott RiverCenter.

Power

Power outlets are available and extension cords will be provided by the Marriott RiverCenter as needed.

Hours of Operation

The Kentucky Room will be open to the public at the following times:

* Thursday, August 13, 12:00pm-5:00 pm

* Friday, August 14, 9:00am-7:00pm

* Saturday, August 15, 9:00am-4:30pm

Installation of Exhibits

The Kentucky Room and hallway areas will be available for pre-conference setup on Thursday, August 13, 8:00am-12:00pm.

The Kentucky Room will be open to vendors/exhibitors only at 8:00 am on Friday and Saturday.

Accommodations

A link to the ALCON hotel block will be included in your vendor/exhibitor purchase confirmation email.

Exhibit Space

Vendor and exhibitor space is available in the Kentucky Room and hallway areas just outside of ALCON’s conference room in the Marriott RiverCenter.

Shipping and Storage

The Marriott RiverCenter does not have storage space for crates, pallets, or large shipments. Any materials to be sent to the hotel may arrive no earlier than August 10, 2026.

The hotel’s receiving/shipping hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 3:00 pm. You must coordinate with the hotel when shipping items.

There is a $10 per box/package fee charged by the Marriott. This fee covers the cost of labor and processing. All boxes/packages must be labeled with:

* 2026 Astronomical League Annual Conference

* August 12-15, 2026

* Vendor/exhibitor’s name.

Removal of Exhibits

All exhibits must be removed from the Kentucky Room and hallway areas by 6:00pm on Saturday, August 15.
